True Ceylon Cinnamon Quills
(replace this block with your image)
Paper-thin bark hand-rolled into quills — citrusy, floral and sweet without harshness. Cinnamon as it's meant to be.
Grown on the spice island. Dried, weighed and packed by hand by our family in Sri Lanka — then posted, tracked, straight to your kitchen.
Two kitchens, one parcel
Sri Lanka — the island the old traders called Serendib, and the only place on earth where true cinnamon grows the way it has for thousands of years.
Every order is dried, weighed and packed by hand at our family home near Colombo. No warehouse, no middlemen, no old stock.
Posted tracked to your door, harvest-fresh — not blended, not irradiated, not sitting in a container for months.
The spice drawer
Paper-thin bark hand-rolled into quills — citrusy, floral and sweet without harshness. Cinnamon as it's meant to be.
Ground in small batches from the same hand-peeled quills — sweet, delicate, and nothing like supermarket cassia.
The forgotten pepper — slow, warm heat with notes of nutmeg and cardamom. Grate over cheese, eggs and braises.
Looks like ginger, tastes like nowhere else — pine and citrus over gentle heat. Essential for tom yum, rendang and island curries.
The queen of spices, sold whole and recently dried — because cardamom's fragrance fades fast once pods are old or pre-ground.
Oil-rich Sri Lankan cloves, hand-sorted so only full, unbroken buds make the pouch. You'll smell the difference on opening.
Deep-gold turmeric from home-grown rhizomes, boiled and dried the traditional way. Fuller flavour than mass-market jars.
Gently dried in small batches to keep the essential oils — the citrusy opening note of almost every Sri Lankan dish.
